Answer: Not to my knowledge, the ones they had problems with were the 46,52,60,and 62 HM95, and HM195. They extended the warranty to 2 years for the lamp in those sets. The models might be different for the Canadian market. I would call Toshiba customer support 1-800-631-3811 and ask them about it. If you remove the lamp and see that it is a D-95 lamp assembly, it's probably covered. If it is a TB-25, or T-66 lamp, I know it is not. If the set is just out of warranty, Toshiba might still help. Their customer service is really good with that sort of thing. The lamp is considered a "consumer replaceable" item. Look in your owner's manual to see how to remove the lamp assembly, and have a look at the inner glass tube, if it's shattered, there is your trouble. The label on the lamp cage has the lamp type on it, along with the part number. The part number will begin with a 233XXXX...
