Take my poll please...?

Question: It's on my blog, and I really need to know how much to charge for making quilts for people. They are asking and I want to make sure I ask the right price. The ones in the pictures are baby quilts. Just click on the picture and the poll will show up if already isn't showing. http://360.yahoo.com/profile-krv_SUs3dKUnsq.R1OV6rUd6 I did machine quilt the airplanes on the boy one, and machine quilted the girl one across in straight lines using stitch in the ditch. I always hand stitch the binding on one side after machine sewing it on the other. Also, size of the quilts: 43" x 53"

Answer: The problem is that you don't give the size and that will make all of the difference. As will whether they are machine or hand quilted. But I see them all of the time at craft shows in the $50-100 range and my mother in law is a quilter volunteer who makes quilts for military families when they have babies. I just scrolled down and read the blogs and discovered they are quilted by machine, but you are doing it not taking it to a quilting shop and having them machine quilt it. I say around $75 is a reasonable price.
