Answer: -Well, TREK owns Gary Fisher ,Bontrager and Icon. Gary Fisher makes awesome XC bikes and he has come up with some really inovative and unique frame designs that work great. -IMO, TREK has a larger selction of Mountain Bikes and they also have a line of stout All Mountian and Freeride/Downhill bikes like the Remedy and Session. I like Freeriding and DH, so I would choose TREK, but Gary Fisher also has xlnt bikes. -Go check out each manufactures website and go to your LBS and try out the models you like. What's great is that all three give you a lifetime frame warranty to the original owner.
