Question: Can u plz explain the significance of where Nick Carraway has come from in the Middle-West???
Answer: Been a long time since I read it, but if I remember right, the significance is that Nick comes from a similar area as Gatsby. For this reason, Gatsby sees a lot of himself in Nick and is why he kind of lets Nick in.
